How often should my scooter be serviced?
Depending on the model, service requirements may differ. Please refer to your service manual. If you cannot find your service manual, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help to find the right service intervals for your scooter.

How long does the service take?
Service times differ greatly depending on model/mileage and date of manufacturing. Generally we will have finished and washed your scooter in one day. Please contact us about your scooter and we can give you more details.
 
 
How much is a service?
Dependant on the year, make and model of the scooter and the work required. Refer to the service schedule for work required and feel free to contact us for a no obligation quote.

Will it be ready the same day?
We will endeavor to get it ready the same day. In unusual circumstances, a part may not be available straight away or extra work is needed, an overnight stay may be required. Your scooter will be locked away safely.
 
When can I book my scooter in?
Any time that is convenient to you. You can book in by phone or email. On most occasions, a booking can be made within 2 days.

What if I can't pick up my scooter before 5:30pm?
Please advise us at the time of booking your scooter service and we will find a solution that is convenient.

Can you organise any added repairs? Tyres, panel work, etc
Yes we can. Everything your scooter may need can be organised through us to make the handling of your scooter stress free. Give us a call to discuss your requirements.

Can you arrange for my scooter to be picked up?
Yes we can, we have a specially fitted out Van or Ute available to pick up you scooter. However this will be charged back to you on the final invoice.
