FAQs How often should my vehicle be serviced? Depending on the model, service requirements may differ. Please refer to your service manual. If you can not find your service manual, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help to find the right service intervals for your vehicle.
How long does the service take? Service times differ greatly depending on model/mileage and date of manufacturing. Generally we will have finished your car in one day. Washed and vacuumed. Please contact us about your vehicle and we can give you more details.
How much is a service? Dependant on the year, make and model of the vehicle and the work required. Refer to the service schedule for work required and feel free to contact us for a no obligation quote. We also have express services available (conditions apply).
Do you have a loan car? We are more than happy to provide you with a loan car if one is available, however these need to be booked in advance. We recommend that you book at least 2 weeks in advance to secure one. All we ask is that you replace the fuel that you use.
Will it be ready the same day? We will endeavour to get it ready the same day. In unusual circumstances, a part may not be available straight away or extra work is needed, an overnight stay may be required. Your vehicle will be locked away safely.
When can I book my car in? Any time that is convenient to you. You can book in by phone or email. On most occaisons, booking can be made within 2 days.
What if I can't pick up my car before 5:30pm? Please advise us at the time of booking your vehicle service and we will fine a solution that is convenient.
Can you organise any added repairs? Tyres, panel work, window repairs etc Yes we can. Everything your car may need can be organised through us to make the handling of your vehicle stress free. Give us a call to discuss your requirements.
Can you arrange for my vehicle to be towed? Yes we can, we have a reliable tow company available to us. However this will be charged back to you on the final invoice.
