How often should my scooter be serviced?
Depending on the model, service requirements may differ. Please refer to your service manual. If you cannot find your service manual, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help to find the right service intervals for your vehicle
How long does the service take?
Service times differ greatly depending on model/mileage and date of manufacturing. Generally we will have finished your car in one day, including a wash and vaccuum. Please contact us about your vehicle and we can give you more details.
How much is a service?
Dependant on the year, make and model of the vehicle and the work required. Refer to the service schedule for work required and feel free to contact us for a no obligation quote. We also have express services available (conditions apply).
Do you have a loan car?
We are more than happy to provide you with a loan car if one is available, however these need to be booked in advance. We recommend that you book at least 2 weeks in advance to secure one. All we ask is that you replace the fuel that you use.
Will it be ready the same day?
We will endeavour to have your vehicle ready the same day. In unusual circumstances, such as a part not being immediately available, or extra work needed, an overnight stay may be required. Your vehicle will be locked away safely.
When can I book my car in?
Any time that is convenient to you. You can book in by phone, email or our online booking form. On most occasions, a booking can be made within 2 days.
What if I can't pick up my scooter before 5:30pm?
Please advise us at the time of booking your vehicle service and we will find a solution that is convenient.
Can you organise any added repairs? Tyres, panel work, etc
Yes we can. Everything your car may need can be organised through us to make the handling of your vehicle stress free. Give us a call to discuss your requirements.
Can you arrange for my scooter to be picked up?
Yes we can, we have a reliable tow company available to us. However this will be charged back to you on the final invoice.
